35 Families of Fallen Policemen Receive Ramadan Welfare Package in Jigawa

In a heartwarming display of compassion and solidarity, the Jigawa State Police Command has distributed food items to 35 families of police officers who lost their lives in the line of duty. This gesture, which took place on Thursday, March 20, 2025, is part of the Command’s eight-year initiative to provide relief to widows and orphans during the holy month of Ramadan.

According to Commissioner of Police, CP AT Abdullahi, the welfare package is designed to console and encourage the families of the fallen policemen, while also honoring their loved ones’ contributions to the force. The Commissioner praised the Command Management Team, Mosque Committee, and well-meaning citizens for making this gesture possible.

The beneficiaries, who were visibly touched by the kind gesture, expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Jigawa State Police Command. Hauwa Mamuda, speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, thanked the Almighty Allah, the Commissioner of Police, and the entire Officers and Men of the Command for their generosity
