Jigawa Police Arrest Vandals, Recover Stolen Motorcycle

Dutse, Jigawa State (September 17, 2024) – The Jigawa State Police Command has arrested two suspects in connection with vandalism and recovered a stolen motorcycle.
In a press release issued today, the command said that a high-tension cable wire was vandalized along Ubba Road in Kaugama Local Government Area. Following investigations, police arrested Babangida Abubakar and Abdullahi Isma’il, who were involved in the vandalism and disposal of the stolen cable wire.
Additionally, a stolen motorcycle was recovered from Abubakar Aminu, who had stolen it from Alhassan Haladu in Dutse Local Government Area.
The suspects are currently in police custody and will be charged to court upon completion of investigations.
