Youth Initiative Commends Defence Minister and President Tinubu for Security Gains in Northwest

The Youth Initiative for Good Governance, Peace and Security Sokoto State Chapter has praised the Honourable Minister of Defence, Muhammad Badaru Abubakar, for his significant contributions to enhancing security in the northwest region.
The group’s State Coordinator, Aliyu Usama, highlighted the Minister’s instrumental role in combating terrorism and insecurity. He commended Minister Badaru’s proactive approach, which includes fostering inter-agency cooperation, community engagement, and the strategic use of non-kinetic measures.
Usama particularly acknowledged the recent successes in dismantling the Lakurawa terrorist group and Bello Turji’s camp. He attributed these achievements to the Minister’s collaborative efforts with regional leaders and security forces.
“We are grateful for Minister Badaru’s unwavering dedication to safeguarding Nigeria,” Usama stated. “His leadership has instilled hope and confidence among our people.”
The Youth Initiative expressed its continued support for the Minister’s endeavors and emphasized the importance of sustained collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure a peaceful and secure Nigeria.
