A shocking revelation has emerged from Kano State, as the state’s anti-corruption agency has uncovered a massive re-bagging scam involving Federal Government palliative rice worth over N1.4 billion.

According to Barrister Muhyi Magaji Rimin Gado, Chairman of the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission, the agency discovered that the palliative rice, meant for distribution to vulnerable citizens, was being re-bagged and sold for personal

gain.
