DEFENCE MINISTER JOINS PRESIDENT TINUBU ON 3-DAY STATE VISIT TO FRANCE

Nigeria’s Honourable Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, has joined President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on a three-day state visit to France. The visit, which began today, aims to strengthen bilateral relations between Nigeria and France.

During the visit, the Defence Minister will participate in high-level meetings with other ministers and the French delegation. The state visit concludes on Friday, 29th November 2024.
President Tinubu’s visit to France is expected to focus on strengthening political, economic, and cultural ties between the two countries. Key areas of focus include partnerships in agriculture, security, education, health, youth engagement, innovation, and energy transition.

The visit is seen as a significant step in promoting cooperation and understanding between Nigeria and France. It is expected to yield positive outcomes for both countries.
