Governor Yusuf Takes Action after Night Visit to Hospital Management Building

Kano, Nigeria – Governor Abba K. Yusuf of Kano State has issued a directive for the immediate renovation of the dilapidated Hospital Management Board, Zone One headquarters. During an inspection visit last night, Governor Yusuf expressed concern over the state of the building, which has fallen into disrepair over the past decade.
This move underscores Governor Yusuf’s ongoing commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure across Kano State. In recent months, the governor has overseen the renovation and reconstruction of several major hospitals, including Sir Muhammadu Sanusi, Hasiya Bayero, and Nuhu Bamalli.
Furthermore, to enhance healthcare services and digitization, the governor recently distributed 484 laptop computers to apex primary healthcare centers throughout the state.
The renovation of the Hospital Management Board headquarters is expected to create a more conducive and efficient working environment for healthcare professionals, ultimately leading to improved healthcare delivery for the people of Kano State.
