In a remarkable stride towards improving healthcare delivery, the Executive Chairman of Buji Local Government Area in Jigawa state, Arc. Najibullah Falalu, has made history by inaugurating the “Matawalle Mobile Clinic” (MMC) a first-of-its-kind initiative in Buji, Jigawa State, and Nigeria. The state-of-the-art mobile healthcare facility is fully equipped to provide free essential medical services, targeting the leading causes of illness and mortality in the community, such as Malaria, Typhoid, Diabetes, and Hypertension.

The Matawalle Mobile Clinic is specially designed to bring healthcare services directly to the doorsteps of the most vulnerable populations, including the elderly, pregnant women, children, and low-income families. This initiative aims to bridge the gap in access to quality healthcare, especially in remote and hard-to-reach areas. To achieve this, a combined motorcycle has been added to the project to ensure seamless delivery of services to even the most isolated regions.

Speaking during the launch, Arc. Najibullah Falalu expressed his commitment to improving the health and well-being of residents across Buji LGA. He stated, “This initiative is not just about healthcare; it is about saving lives, uplifting our communities, and ensuring that no one is left behind in the fight against preventable diseases. May Allah SWT guide and support us as we embark on this noble journey.”

The Matawalle Mobile Clinic marks a significant milestone in the region’s healthcare system and demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to addressing the health challenges of underserved populations.
