In a bid to strengthen cooperation and review progress, Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani hosted Local Government Chairmen and Vice Chairmen to an Iftar dinner at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, Kaduna. The dinner provided an opportunity for the state and local government leaders to assess their progress and discuss ways to enhance collaboration in delivering the rural transformation agenda.

Governor Sani emphasized the importance of prioritizing the needs of the people, guided by the principles of equity, inclusivity, transparency, and accountability. This call to action underscores the Governor’s commitment to ensuring that the state’s development agenda is people-centered and inclusive.

The Iftar dinner is part of the Ramadan celebrations, a month of fasting and spiritual reflection for Muslims. Similar events have been held at the national level, including an Iftar dinner hosted by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for State governors, ministers, and heads of paramilitary agencies.
As Governor Sani continues to push for rural transformation and development in Kaduna State, the collaboration between state and local government leaders is crucial for achieving meaningful progress.
