APC Gains Massive Ground in Buji LGA as 300+ Defect from PDP

Buji, Jigawa State, Nigeria – In a significant political shift, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has solidified its presence in Buji Local Government Area, Jigawa State, with a massive defection of over 300 individuals from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). The historic event, hailed as one of the largest defections in the political history of Chirbun Ward’s Unguwar Maina, took place yesterday evening, marking a notable turning point in the local political landscape.

Arc. Najibullah Falalu, the esteemed Executive Chairman of Buji Local Government Area, warmly received the new APC members, including enthusiastic youths, respected community leaders, recent decampees, and supportive well-wishers, in Unguwar Maina.

Unguwar Maina, traditionally considered a PDP stronghold within Buji LGA, witnessed this monumental shift, sending a clear message of increasing confidence in the APC’s vision and the leadership style championed by figures like Chairman Falalu. The significant movement was expertly mobilized and spearheaded by Chadi Mai-Kura, a dynamic and forward-thinking young politician.

Addressing the energized gathering, Chairman Najibullah Falalu encouraged the over 300 new members comprising youths, men, and women to wholeheartedly embrace the core principles and manifesto of the APC. He also emphasized the importance of aligning with His Excellency, Governor Mallam Umar A. Namadi’s progressive 12-point agenda and the national Renewed Hope Initiative.
The Buji LGA Chairman further urged the new party members to remain patient, steadfast in their commitment, and to actively promote progressive politics to foster growth and development within their communities and for the betterment of all.
