Defence Minister Conducts On-the-Spot Assessment Visit to Nigerian Army Depot, Zaria

Abuja, Nigeria – March 25, 2025 – The Honourable Minister of Defence, HE Mohammed Badaru Abubakar CON, mni, conducted a one-day assessment visit to the Nigerian Army Depot in Zaria today. The Minister received a comprehensive briefing from Major General AB Mohammed, Commandant of the Institute, on the institution’s structure, operations, and training activities.
The Minister was accompanied by Ambassador Gabriel Tanimu Adudu, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence; General AT Jibril (Rtd), SA Technical; and Brigadier General AA Garba, General Staff Officer PGSO.
This visit underscores the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing the country’s defence capabilities and ensuring the effectiveness of its military institutions.
