Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, Nigeria’s Minister of Defence, has delivered a lecture titled “Strategic Defence Management in Nigeria: Ministry of Defence in Perspective” to participants of the National Defence College Course 33. Held at the college auditorium, the event drew senior military officers, subject matter experts, research fellows, and distinguished guests, including Rear Admiral James Ohimai Okosun, Commandant of the College. The Minister’s address highlighted the Ministry’s critical role in driving national security through reforms, strategic planning, and defence collaboration.
