Deputy Governor Aminu Usman Leads PHCDA Taskforce on Routine Inspection of Primary Health Centres in Buji

BUJI, JIGAWA STATE In a renewed drive to strengthen grassroots healthcare delivery, the Deputy Governor of Jigawa State and Chairman of the State Primary Health Care Taskforce Committee, His Excellency, Engr. Aminu Usman, FNSE, on Tuesday, led a high-powered delegation on a routine inspection visit to selected Primary Health Care (PHC) facilities across Buji Local Government Area.
The visit, which drew the presence of community leaders, political stakeholders, and residents, commenced at Gantsa PHC and continued to Sagu PHC, where the Deputy Governor commended the Local Government leadership for the successful renovation of the facility. He assured the management of enhanced state support, particularly in providing modern medical equipment and essential materials to boost service delivery.
Engr. Usman and his team also inspected the Yayarin Tukur PHC, where they assessed the completed midwives’ quarters and ongoing renovation works.
In his remarks, local authorities expressed deep appreciation to Governor Umar Namadi, FCA, for his visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to advancing healthcare services across Jigawa State.
