Garki Council Chairman,Visits Correctional Centre, Donates Relief Materials

In a heartwarming display of kindness and compassion, the Chairman of Garki Local Government Area, Hon. Adamu Hudu Kore, paid a visit to the Garki Correctional Centre. During his visit, he donated relief materials, including food items and toiletries, worth N200,000 to the inmates.
In a statement signed by the media aid to council Chairman Anas Abdulwahab Siyori, said donation was part of the chairman’s efforts to support the welfare of the inmates and provide them with basic necessities. He also commended the inmates for their good behavior and encouraged them to continue on the path of rehabilitation.
In his remarks, the Head of the Garki Correctional Centre Abduljabbar Isah thanked Hon. Kore for his kind gesture, praising his wisdom and commitment to the welfare of the inmates. He also commended the chairman’s efforts to promote irrigation farming and empowerment in Garki Local Government Area.
This act of kindness by Hon. Kore is a testament to his dedication to the welfare of his constituents, including those in the correctional centre. His efforts to support the inmates and promote rehabilitation are commendable and worthy of emulation.
