Governor Yahaya Congratulates New Lake Chad Research Institute Chairman, Nitte K. Amangal

Amangal, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gombe State, as the new Chairman of the Board of the Lake Chad Research Institute, Maiduguri.
